Shanghai Mooncakes - Yuen Fatt Biskut, Kluang - 居銮源发饼家 -上海三参中秋月饼 (上海月饼)

Kluang famous Shanghai mooncakes. 

Only available in Kluang, Johor and there is no other outlet. 
These are freshly made, through traditional methods and no preservatives. So, it is best to be consumed within 3-4 days. This is never a problem as the mooncakes are so delicious, buttery and taste so nice. Akin to melt-in-your-mouth.



Looks like mouse or fox ?
The holes on the mooncake indicate the number of salted egg yolks inside - one hole means single yoke, two holes double yolks, and three holes means no yolk. [Price : RM20 / box (no yolk), RM23 / box (single yolk); 3 pieces in a box; Price in 2013]
