These are freshly made, through traditional methods and no preservatives. So, it is best to be consumed within 3-4 days. This is never a problem as the mooncakes are so delicious, buttery and taste so nice. Akin to melt-in-your-mouth.

holes on the mooncake indicate the number of salted egg yolks inside - one hole
