Lamingtons Australian Specialty Cake <澳洲> 拉明顿蛋糕, 巧克力椰丝方块蛋糕

Lamingtons are an Australian specialty cake (sponge, butter, or pound). These small squares (cubes) of cake are dipped in a chocolate frosting/icing and then covered/rolled in coconut.

Lamingtons are commonly found in South African and Australasian outlets such as cafes, lunch bars, bakeries, home industries and supermarkets.
